Get Well Jake: November 2012

Sunday, November 18, 2012

Hello? Well here's an awesome video.

Who We Are

We are a group of homeschool friends and we've started this blog to keep Jake smiling.

Jake got diagnosed with Leukemia on June 3, 2010 and was admitted to the hospital.

We all miss him and thought this blog would be a fun way to share with one another.

On here, you'll find messages, videos, pictures, and more to keep him smiling.

Get well soon, Jake! We all miss you!
