Poetry Contest

I recently entered a poetry contest (besides the one at the library). :D I entered one poem in the two categories. You could enter a poem that doesn't rhyme that's about friends and/or you can write a poem that does rhyme about anything. Here are the two poems I wrote. Let me know what you think! :D (I don't mind if you don't like them, as long as you tell me why you don't like them so I can make my writing better).

My Life is a Bore

My life is a bore,

It makes me want to snore.

Everything is the same,

Which means that everything is still lame.

I sit around and watch TV,

And believe me,

Doing that all day is not my cup of tea.

I have no space,

To run and play,

I cannot race,

My brother Ray.

My room’s not big,

It’s rather small,

Sometime’s I’d rather sleep in a stall.

My father reads books,

My mother uses crochet hooks,

And I’ve got nothing to do.

All my toys are in boxes,

I can’t find my stuffed foxes,

Because we have just moved.

My life is a bore,

It makes me want to snore.

Everything is the same,

Which means that everything is still lame.

And here is the next poem.

Best Friends

What happened to us?

We used to be best friends.

Do you remember,

When we were younger,

And we gave each other necklaces and gifts.

Now we have drifted apart.

You went your way,

And I took mine.

I took the road less traveled,

While you hurried towards a busy street.

You took off,

Leaving behind,

Nothing.

You left for the so-called ‘popular’ kids.

Not me.

I stood up for what was right,

Even if it meant leaving an old best friend behind.

But then I ask myself,

Were we ever really best friends?

OK.

So I found the coolest program EVER yesterday. This wonderful free java program tracks you mouse movement and puts it onto a canvas. The black dots are places that the mouse was standing still, the longer it stayed still, the bigger the dot. Here's what an hour of music making looks like.

Behold, IOGraph.

So cool.

Today I have a minecraft musiv video called 'Revenge'. It's a parody of the Usher's song 'The DJ's Got Us Fallin In Love'. I like the song (both of them) and the video I'm showing you. So enjoy the video.

"Revenge" - A Minecraft Parody of Usher's DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love - Cr...

Today I have a music video. This video is a parody of the song 'DJ's got us fallin in love' or something like that. There will be more later. Anyway, back to the video. I like the video very much. It has a creeper (obvisouly) and some diamond action!!!! >:D So have fun with the Minecraft music video 'Revenge'.

Jake

ugghhhhhhhhhhh. . .

It looks like SOPA and PIPA went through. . . sigh.

That's my explanation of this at least. I got a lot of Minecraft mods off of this website!

Pirates of the Caribbean

Made this using a piano. I wish I could play it this good on the REAL piano.

Splatter picture I did.

Seven Nation Army

THIS SONG IS AWESOME. The original was by this band called "The White Stripes". Then this band called the Glitch Mob remixed it with a dubstep twist. So this is my remix, of a remix, of an original. If you don't like it, that's understandable. I put on a REALLY distorted kick, so . . .
The picture is that of the impossible puzzle that we gave up on. It is seriously called the impossible puzzle. But it's not impossible. It's so hard that it makes you want to quit.

Alex :)

Kate, I would like to counter your pictures with my own.

Cute kitten!

I love this one. Especially since I play Zelda.

Cute Puppies

As promised, here are the pictures!!! :D :D :D

Thought you would like this one, Sophia! :D Both the puppy and the bunnies are adorable! :D

Yo. ;)

The owners of this puppy had to have set up this picture. :D

I thought this one was pretty funny! :D

And last, but not least, the cutest puppy of all!!! :D :D :D SCOUT!!! :D :D :D

(Put Title Here)

I wanted to think of a creative title. Like it. ;)

Anyway, just wanted to say I've found a new hobby . . . looking up "cute puppies" in Google images!!! :D :D :D I'll post a few hundred pictures on here later. (Just kidding. But I will post a bunch!) :D

If I had $3280.73, I would spend it and go here, first class.

*sigh*
